Our Services
We Offer a Range of Services to Meet Your Needs
When you have a maintenance contract with ALL IKHLAS, you have one point of contact for all of your various systems, regardless of your locations throughout Malaysia. ALL IKHLAS also provides a 24-hour emergency call-out system, with mechanical & electrical engineers on standby 365 days a year – to ensure minimum downtime for your systems in the event of an emergency.
Some of the many inspection and testing services we offer:
• Annual inspection and recommended testing of all fire extinguishers
• Regular periodic inspection, testing, and maintenance of all types of fire protection systems
• Annual service plan automatically schedules system inspections well in advance of the expiration date

Inspection & Testing
Regular tests and inspections find issues before they become problems. Regular testing and inspection of your fire alarm system help meet the requirements of your city, town, or state, and assist in proactively identifying issues before potentially costly service is required. The best way to protect the investment that your organization has made in protecting lives and property is to test your system at the required testing intervals. ALL IKHLAS provides highly trained, knowledgeable team members to perform thorough testing

Automatic Fire Detection & Alarm System
Automatic fire detection and alarm system is primarily a life safety system meant for detecting the fire at the early stages and alarm the occupants. The fire detection system is also used for automatic activation of fire extinguishing systems such as spray systems, water mist systems and gas suppression systems. The control relay modules in the advanced addressable detection systems enable the integration and operation of ancillary services such as electrical systems, fire dampers, access control systems, video surveillance, emergency lighting systems, emergency communication systems etc. to activate/deactivate in case of emergencies. Description of Automatic Fire Detection and Alarm System as follows:
• Conventional Fire Alarm System is a multi-zone fully transistorised automatic
fire detection system.
• Multiplex Fire Alarm System also known as “semi addressable” system.
• Fully Addressable Analogue Fire Alarm Control System – With the trend
towards intelligent buildings and the need to reduce wiring in large installations,
the company is using fully addressable analogue detectors and input/output
modules.

Fire Hose Reel System
The hose reel system is intended for the occupant to use during the early stages of a fire and comprises hose reel pumps, fire water storage tanks, hose reels, pipework, and valves.ALL IKHLAS is proud to provide a wide range of services related to the design, installation, and maintenance of the Hose Reel System according to code, standards, and requirements of NFPA and UBBL

Dry Riser System
Dry risers are a form of an internal hydrant for the fireman to use and are only required for buildings where the topmost floor is higher than 18.3m and less than 30.5m above the fire appliance access level. Dry risers are normally dry and depend on the fire engine to pump water into the system. The dry riser system comprises a riser pipe with landing valves on each floor and to which a canvas hose with nozzles can be connected to direct the water jet at the fire. Breeching inlets into which the fireman pumps water are provided at ground level and are connected to the bottom of the dry risers. ALL IKHLAS is proud to provide a wide range of services related to the design, installation, and maintenance of Dry Riser systems according to codes, standards, and requirements of NFPA and UBBL.

Wet Riser System
A wet riser is a form of an internal hydrant for the fireman to use and is always charged with water. The wet riser system comprises a duty fire pump with a standby pump discharging into a 150mm diameter riser pipe with landing valves on each floor and to which a canvas hose with nozzles can be connected to direct the water jet at the fire. ALL IKHLAS is proud to provide a wide range of services related to the design, installation, and maintenance of the Wet Riser systems according to codes, standards, and requirements of NFPA and UBBL.

Water Sprinkler System
A water sprinkler system is an automatic device that not only indicates the incipient fire but as an active fire protection means, it extinguishes the fire in its early stage without the intervention of human factor, respectively it keeps the fire under control until the fire brigade arrives. It consists of a distribution piping system that is permanently attached to building structures, valve stations, and sprinkler heads that are firmly attached to the distribution pipes in the protected area. A pipeline network together with sprinkler heads is connected to a water source. In the case of fire, water flows out from the sprinkler heads and sprays the area where the fire is present. Water extinguishes the given area during a fire, cools building structures and the surrounding area and at higher temperatures it evaporates quickly, displacing oxygen and thus creating an inert atmosphere, which prevents the access of oxidant, i.e. the atmospheric oxygen that is needed for combustion.

Door Fan Test
When a suppression system is designed for a room, it’s designed to reach a certain concentration and then hold that concentration for a specific amount of time. Its ability to hold this concentration is crucial for its ability to put out a fire.

Most rooms, especially server rooms and electrical rooms, have a lot of wiring, conduit, HVAC ducts, and other components coming into the room. All of these penetrations of the walls act as potential areas where the gas can leak out and cause the room to not adequately hold the concentration for as long as it needs to so that it ensures the fire is extinguished.
The door fan test, also called the room integrity fan test, is used to predict the enclosure’s retention time should the building's clean agent suppression system be discharged.
